What you get with Pro

Built-in player

Plays anything you throw at it. Detects codecs, transcodes when needed, handles subtitles and audio tracks, picks up where you left off. No external player required.

Media library

Point it at your movie and TV folders. It scans everything, pulls metadata and artwork from TMDB, and organizes it all. Continue Watching actually works.

Remote streaming

Got files on another machine? Connect over SSH/SFTP, SMB, FTP, or HTTP and stream them directly. The app scans your local network and finds devices automatically. NAS, home server, that old laptop -- it all works.

LAN media server

Serve your library to phones, tablets, and other computers on your network through a browser-based UI. Set a PIN if you want. DLNA/UPnP is there too, so your smart TV and gaming console can see it.

Content discovery

Search across multiple sources. Rich metadata, posters, ratings, cast info. Stream immediately or save it for later. Think of it as your personal catalog.

No tracking. At all.

No telemetry, no analytics, no accounts. Everything stays on your machine. License check every 7 days is the only network call.

Get started in about 2 minutes

1

Buy a Pro key

$8, one time, forever. No subscription, no renewal, no "premium tier" upsell later.

2

Install the app

One command on the download page. Takes about 10 seconds.

3

Paste your key in Settings

Mantorex unlocks. That's it, you're done.

We don't want your data.

There's no telemetry. We don't track what you watch, download, or search for. No analytics, no "anonymous usage data," nothing. Your media habits are your business.

Your library, watch history, bookmarks, settings -- all stored locally on your machine. The only call home is license validation every 7 days, and even that is just a key check, no user data attached.

The downloader core is open source. No accounts, no sign-ups, no email verification. Buy a key, activate it, done.

$8. Once. Done.

No subscriptions. No renewals. No "starter" vs "premium" vs "enterprise."

Pro License

FAQ

What's free and what's not?+
The video and audio downloader is completely free. No limits, no watermarks, no time bomb. Pro unlocks Mantorex -- the media server, library, remote streaming, DLNA, all of it. The free part will always be free.
Is this safe?+
The core is open source, so you can read it yourself. There's no telemetry, no usage tracking, no data collection of any kind. The only network call is a license check every 7 days -- it sends your key and device ID, nothing else.
One key per device?+
Yeah. If you switch machines or reinstall, just reach out and we'll reset it. Free, usually same day.
Does the license expire?+
No. Pay once, keep it forever, get every update. We're not going to pull a "now it's a subscription" move.
What if I'm offline?+
License caches locally for 14 days. If you're offline longer than that, Pro features pause until you reconnect. Your library, downloads, and settings are always there regardless.
What platforms?+
Linux (amd64) right now. Windows and macOS are coming. The CLI is available on all three via npm install -g @zsnero/yaria.
