1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

  • Email address provided at purchase, used solely to deliver your license key.
  • Device identifier (a hashed fingerprint of your OS, hostname, and machine ID) used to bind your license to one device. We cannot reverse this hash to identify your machine.
  • Payment information is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.

2. What We Do Not Collect

Yaria does not collect, transmit, or store:

  • Usage data, analytics, or telemetry
  • Search queries, browsing history, or download history
  • Media library contents or file names
  • IP addresses (beyond standard web server logs)
  • Any personally identifiable information beyond your email

3. Local Data

All application data (settings, library, watch history, bookmarks) is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Network Calls

The only network communication between Yaria and our servers is license validation, which occurs once every 7 days. This sends your license key and device identifier to verify your license status. No other data is transmitted.

5. Third-Party Services

Our website uses a third-party payment processor for handling purchases. Their privacy policies govern the handling of your payment information. We do not have access to your full payment details.

6. Cookies

Our website uses a session cookie for the admin panel only. No tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or advertising trackers are used on any page.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and license key for the duration of your license (lifetime for one-time purchases). If you request deletion, contact us and we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
