Refund Policy

Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are unable to use the software or are unsatisfied for any reason. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at yariaapp@icloud.com with your license key or the email address used during purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be revoked and Mantorex features will be deactivated. The free Yaria video downloader will continue to work as usual.

Device Transfers

If you need to move your license to a new device (hardware change, OS reinstallation), there is no need for a refund. Simply email us and we will reset your device binding for free.
