1. Overview
Yaria is a desktop application developed and distributed through yaria.live. By downloading, installing, or using Yaria, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
A Pro license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Mantorex features of Yaria on a single device. Each license key is bound to one device upon activation. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
3. Free and Pro Versions
The free version of Yaria (video and audio downloader) is provided at no cost with no restrictions. The Pro version unlocks additional features (Mantorex) and requires a paid license key.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in USD. You will receive your license key via email after successful payment.
5. Device Binding
Each license key is locked to one device. If you need to transfer your license to a different device (due to hardware change or OS reinstallation), contact us and we will reset the binding at no charge.
6. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use Yaria and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Yaria does not host, store, or distribute any third-party content. Content obtained through external sources is the user's responsibility.
7. No Warranty
Yaria is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the software at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers of Yaria be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
